2009 is finally upon us. I’ve had a pretty good start to the year so hopefully it continues.
We’re still on school holidays and I’ve been fairly busy but I’m using this quiet time in my house to add some testimonials and pictures that I was supposed to do months ago.
I strive for good customer service. I try to send your kits out at the latest the day after I receive payment into my account. I haven’t had any major complaints with any of my kits yet but for minor issues like moulds not turning out etc I try really hard to come up with a mutually satisfactory solution for both of us. I have not had to refund a kit yet and I hope my testimonials reflect the good customer service I strive to provide.

I got one of your packs back in October. I did them & they turned out a bit rough but look great

(Some of mine turn out/look slightly rough sometimes too but I really do think it adds some character to the moulds and in no way detracts from the tiny and delicate way they look.)
